Álfheimr - Dream Sequences

Álfheimr comes from Northern California, playing some great instrumental pieces. A must for post-rock aficionados.

Yog Sothoth - Hypnotic Crushery

"Hypnotic Crushery" is the first album by Yog-Sothoth. It represents the continuation and refinement of the singular sonic style shared by band members/Yith proprietors Ben Zientara and Cory Strand.

The formula: write a riff; maybe two. Add thunderous drum beats. Layer on thick washes of guitar solos (multiple guitar solos), pedal noise, and theremin wizardry. Repeat until the desired effect is attained.

Acid Witch - Midnight Mass

I must be slacking because yet another great EP I failed to put on here. Acid Witch is the raw and crushing psychedelic-doom duo from the swamp of Detroit, Michigan.

Charles Manson - Lie: The Love and Terror Cult

Recorded on September 11, 1967 and August 9, 1968 (overdubs), its distribution began during the Manson murder trial by Phil Kaufmanwho initially pressed a run of 2000 copies, that of which only 300 sold. He later approached ESP-Disk about putting out the album in hopes for a wider circulation, which they agreed to.

The cover is a copy of the December 19, 1969 Time Life front cover, on which Manson had appeared, only with "LIFE" substituted with "LIE."

Bezlebong - Demo

Belzebong follows the footsteps that Electric Wizard, Weedeater and Church of Misery paved.  Coming from Poland, they execute a nicely packaged two track demo full of stoneriffic riffages that makes you want more!  I really dig this band at the moment.

Bridges To Dreams - The Fall

"Fantastic post-rock. 2 guitarists, a drummer and a shit-load of pedals...Similar to the spacey atmospheric music of bands like VVB, Caspian and Gifts From Enola, except without the more metal-like riffs. Instead going for a slower, layered atmosphere. A trance inducing album that flows as one big track. Turn this one up loud." - Soundweave.

Fifty Foot Woman - Fifty Foot Woman

From the band's myspace:

"Fifty Foot Woman was born of love for massive sounds and heavy riffs. Its music is a mix of basement compactness and desert hypnosis. FFW was the first band in Poland to record an album stylistically close to Orange Goblin and Karma to Burn. The debut CD released in 2010 is an emobodiment of pure rock rebellion that comes straight from the stoner hearts of the band members. They hope that heavy riff worshippers will eagerly headbang to Fifty Foot Woman's tones."

Electric Moon - Lunatics

Electric Moon is a Psychedelic/Space Rock/Progressive Rock artist from Germany.

Samsara Blues Experiment - Long Distance Trip

I don't know how I failed to put this on here any sooner.  This is one of my top albums of 2010.  These guys play some really awesome spaced out jams.
